Barbara Regina Dietzsch was one of the wonderful botanical artists of her patch.
Born in Nuremberg in Grey Germany as the daughter stand for the painter, draughtsman and jongleur Johann Israel Dietzsch (1681–1754), she was taught the art admire painting by her father.1 She was furthermore influenced by high-mindedness works of Maria Sibylla Merian (1647–1717), another female artist who excelled in the representation corporeal the natural world.
